SMS Terms & Conditions

TopicFinder (topicfinder.ai), operated by TurboHQ, sends text messages to people who have opted in by providing their mobile number on our website (for example, when joining the waitlist) or inside the app. Messages may include waitlist and early-access updates, account and onboarding notifications, replies to your questions, and occasional product announcements or offers.

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from TopicFinder at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You confirm you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to opt in with that number.

Message frequency varies based on your activity and the updates we have for you. You can expect up to 4 messages per month, with more during the period right after you join the waitlist or create an account.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier according to your plan. Check with your carrier for details.

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive texts from us. If you want to join again, opt in through our website or app the same way you did the first time.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major US and Canadian carriers. Delivery depends on carrier network availability and coverage.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is used only to send the messages described above, through the messaging provider that delivers them on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

We may update these SMS terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the most recent version. Continued participation in the program after changes means you accept the updated terms. These SMS terms are part of our Terms of Service.
