Terms of Service

By creating an account or using TopicFinder (topicfinder.ai), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. TopicFinder is operated by TurboHQ, based in Delaware, United States.

TopicFinder is a content creation tool that helps you find video topics, generate scripts, analyze Instagram profiles for outlier content, and build a voice blueprint for your brand. The service uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) to generate content based on your inputs.

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account (or sign in with Google OAuth).
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use TopicFinder.
• One person per account. Don't share your account with others.

You own what you create. Scripts, ideas, voice blueprints, and any other content you generate using TopicFinder belong to you. We do not claim ownership over your content.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the service (for example, sending your prompt to Anthropic's API to generate a script and storing the result in your account).

The TopicFinder name, logo, design, and underlying code are owned by TurboHQ. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them.

You agree not to:

• Use TopicFinder to generate content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or violates someone else's rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its APIs.
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to access TopicFinder in a way that exceeds normal usage.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Resell or redistribute TopicFinder's output as a competing service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

Content generated by TopicFinder is created using AI and should be treated as a starting point, not a finished product. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking any content before publishing it.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, original, or free from errors. AI output may occasionally produce unexpected or incorrect results. Use your judgment.

The Outlier Finder feature analyzes publicly available Instagram data. We do not access private accounts, DMs, or any data that isn't publicly visible. You agree not to use this feature in any way that violates Instagram's terms of service or applicable law.

We aim to keep TopicFinder running smoothly, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. If we make changes that significantly affect your use, we will give you reasonable notice.

Some features of TopicFinder may require a paid subscription. If applicable, pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policies will be presented to you before you subscribe. Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.

You can delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will delete your data within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurboHQ and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TopicFinder.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities related to the service.
• Content generated by the AI that is inaccurate, offensive, or causes harm.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or $100 CAD, whichever is greater).

TopicFinder is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the State of Delaware, United States.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of TopicFinder after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
